Special Olympics Okaloosa County

Special Olympics Okaloosa County would like to invite you to a concert Friday, March 16th @ 6:30 pm at the Emerald Coast Convention Center. Performers include: Barlow Girl & Jonny Diaz.
General admission is $15 and all sponsor proceeds will benefit Special Olympics of Okaloosa County.

Congratulations to the Okaloosa County Special Olympians on their victories in bowling at the Fall Classic Games. These were held in Orlando, Florida at the Wide World of Sports during May 4-5 2011. Their total medal count was 2 gold, 7 bronze, 2 5th place ribbons and 1 7th place ribbon. The inspirational coach was Leray Williams and inspirational athlete was Danz Pettis. Special Olympics Okaloosa County would like to welcome their new county coordinator Don Amunds. They would also like to extend a special welcome to their new coaches – Jonathan and Meranda Brooks, Jerrod Mikels and Theresa Mouer.
